Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2011, Giulia Francesca Jaeger advises national and international clients in EU competition law and antitrust, economic criminal law, administrative law, energy law, and litigation & dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on complex regulatory matters at both Luxembourg and European Union levels.
Extensive experience includes representing clients before Luxembourg courts and administrative authorities in competition investigations, regulatory proceedings, compliance matters and cross-border disputes. A strategic and analytical approach allows for effective handling of high-stakes contentious and advisory mandates.
Energy law forms a core area of specialization. As a founding member of the Luxembourg Energy Law Association and observer member of the European Federation of Energy Law Associations (EFELA), active involvement in sector-specific legal developments remains central to her practice. Additional memberships include the European Lawyers Association (UAE), the Luxembourg Association for the Study of Competition Law (ALEDC) and the Luxembourg Observatory of European Law.
Author of numerous publications on Luxembourg and European competition law, public procurement law, and EU institutional matters, she has also been a candidate notary since 2012.

Cédric Bellwald

Cédric Bellwald started his legal career in 2009 at the Luxembourg Bar. Before founding JBCV with his team, he was a partner at another well-respected Luxembourg law firm.
He offers comprehensive counsel in dispute resolution and litigation, handling a wide array of cases in corporate, financial, commercial, real estate, and criminal law. His practice also spans corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fund structures, and property deals. Furthermore, he frequently acts as a court-appointed liquidator and bankruptcy trustee and is deeply engaged in insolvency procedures.
His leadership roles include former President of the Luxembourg Young Bar Association and positions with the European Lawyers’ Union (U.A.E.) and the Luxembourg Energy Law Association (ALDJE).

Bertrand Christmann

Bertrand Christmann advises clients in negotiations and negotiates on their behalf when required. Drafting the legal documents required for a company to function, he also provides a proactive service to monitor the implementation of contracts.
Bertrand accompanies his private clients in their entrepreneurial and financial projects to achieve long-term solutions. Institutional bodies, such as Ministries of the State and hospitals regularly seek his advice.
When required, Bertrand defends his clients’ best interests in court.

A former researcher at Strasbourg’s law faculty, and Project Manager at the Gabriel Lippman Public Research Centre in Luxembourg, he has over 20 years of University teaching experience in various commercial law subjects.
He is an expert for Luxembourg in the interbank association, German Pfandbrief banks in Berlin.

Bob Biver holds a Law Degree from the University of Pierre Mendès-France in Grenoble, a Master I in European Law, and a Master II in European and International Tax Law (LL.M.). He was sworn in as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar in 2015 and subsequently obtained his diploma as a notary candidate.

Gabriel Bleser

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1997, Gabriel Bleser has more than 25 years of professional experience.
He advises Luxembourg and international companies on employment law, administrative law, and data protection law. The latter has developed significant experience in EU and Luxembourg competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, State aid, joint ventures, mergers) as well as in regulatory issues in the gas, electricity, and telecommunications sectors.
He was the first General Rapporteur of the Luxembourg Competition Inspection in 2004, is Honorary President and a founding member of the ALEDC (Luxembourgish Association for the Study of Competition Law), as well as Treasurer and member of the APSI (Association of Information Society Professionals). Furthermore, he lectures in civil law at Luxembourg Business School.

Stéphane Ebel has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2005 and brings more than two decades of experience to his practice. Jean-Philippe Hallez

Having gained experience over the years as in-house lawyer in the transport and industry sector, then in contentious matters working for Luxembourg law firms specialising in litigation, Jean-Philippe helps clients of the firm, both companies and individuals, to resolve their legal issues.
